Template, not legal advice. These pages are a solid starting point drafted for a SaaS product, but they must be reviewed and tailored by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdictions you operate and sell in (e.g. US/California, UK/EU-GDPR, UAE, Hong Kong) before you publish or run ads. Replace every highlighted placeholder with your real details.

Runvio ("Runvio", "we", "us") is a software product operated by Runvio Inc., registered at 1111 Brickell Ave, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, USA. Runvio is a shark group company. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@runvio.ai. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit our website or use the Runvio application (the "Service").
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you put into your workspace to advertise to you.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; your consent (e.g. for optional cookies or marketing); and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We use strictly-necessary cookies to run the Service, and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising technologies to understand usage and measure marketing. This may include tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advertising pixels from Google and Meta. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner and your browser settings.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Runvio, under contract and only as needed, for example: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery and customer-support tooling, and privacy-focused product analytics. We may also disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with notice to you).
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your data (see "Your rights").
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions within workspaces. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Californian residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and delete personal information and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact hello@runvio.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
We operate internationally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date; material changes will be notified to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you (and the organisation you represent) and Runvio Inc. ("Runvio", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Runvio provides a web-based operations platform for managing pipeline, projects, purchase orders, orders, shipments, margins and related business data. We may update, improve or change features over time.
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for your team members' use of the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including no unlawful activity, no infringing others' rights, no attempts to breach security, no reverse-engineering, no reselling the Service without permission, and no uploading of malicious code or content you don't have the right to use.
You keep all ownership of the data and content you put into Runvio ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to your Customer Data and for its lawful use. You can export your data while your account is active.
Runvio, its software, design, and brand are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Service as described.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g. payment, email, analytics, EDI partners). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
You can stop using the Service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Florida, United States have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the updated version and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
